Join us for the 2018-2019 School Year!

To become a member or to re-enroll, here is what we will need:

• Membership Application, one per child (see dates below for when applications can be turned into the office). The application will be available beginning August 10th (LINK HERE) or at our front office.
• Membership Application Fee: $25 one time payment per school year. Must be paid upon submission of your application in order for Club to consider your application complete.
• All new members must have a parent or guardian attend a New Parent Orientation. Current dates and times are August 29 & 30 @ 6:00-7:00 p.m.
• Please also provide any needed allergy, permission slips to walk home, counselor forms, etc.

Important dates, reminders and pricing:

• Pricing $25 annual fee due with application. $35 monthly activity fee per child (for kids 12 and under) due on or before the first Friday of each month. Reduced rates available for those who qualify.
• Regular, after-school club hours are Monday-Thursday 2:30-7:00 p.m. and Friday 2:30-6:00 p.m. Club availability and closures closely follows that of the Chehalis School District.
• August 13-17: Re-enrollment period for previous school year members of the BGCC, their siblings and summer camp attendees. We will not accept applications for new members during this time.
• August 20-30: Open enrollment for new members. Kids who are entering kindergarten through 12th grade. Club space is limited. Enrollment occurs on a first come first serve basis and will close when capacity has been met.
• August 29th and 30th: New Parent/Guardian Orientation from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Attendance at one of these sessions is required for a new member parents and guardians. If you cannot attend one of these two sessions please let us know.
