Programs

Hello Parents and Guardians,

The Centralia Clubhouse is located inside Jefferson Lincoln Elementary and serves students from all Centralia elementary schools, including Edison, Washington, Oakview, and Fords Prairie. Transportation is available from each school to the Club after school; transportation home is not provided.

Our program offers before and after school care for elementary-aged students throughout the 2025–2026 school year. While we provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment, our programming is centered around our four core pillars:

  • Academics
  • Healthy Lifestyles
  • Community Engagement
  • Social and Emotional Learning

We are committed to helping every child learn, grow, and succeed through enriching activities, homework support, physical activity, and opportunities to build positive relationships and life skills.

Membership Fees

All youth enrolled in any membership at the Centralia Clubhouse pay a $25 annual registration fee each year.

  • After-School K–6 Membership – $75/member/month
Includes before and after school care, transportation from participating Centralia elementary schools to the Club, conference days, and single-day school closures.

  • Full-Week Break Camps – $150/member/week
Winter Break, Spring Break, and other full-week school closure camps are offered separately and are not included in the monthly membership fee.

Scholarships & Discounts

The Boys & Girls Club offers scholarships to families in need on a sliding scale. During enrollment, families may complete a scholarship application. Scholarships are applied to monthly membership fees and do not affect the annual registration fee.

You may also qualify for your $25 annual registration fee to be covered. If your child is enrolled in one of the following state insurance programs, please provide a copy of their insurance card to the front desk and we may be able to waive the annual registration fee.

Enrollment

Boys & Girls Club of Lewis County enrolls for the coming school year in August. We enroll for summer programs in May, and camps in the preceding weeks.

EXISTING/PREVIOUS MEMBERS: Existing/previous members from the previous year get a priority re-enrollment period of one week for the school year and camps. Existing/previous members who register and pay their fees that week will be enrolled for the school year and camps.

If more members pre-register than we are able to accommodate, we will use a lottery to fill open spaces after designated pre-enrollment periods.

NEW MEMBERS: If there is space available after the re-enrollment periods, we will start contacting families from the Interest Form. Parents/Guardians are contacted on a first come first serve basis. The respective Clubhouse location will reach out to you depending on the school your member attends. Clubhouses will use email and phone call to make contact. If an extended period of time has passed with no response, you will remain on the waitlist for future contact. The Interest Form is renewed at the end of each summer. Once you become a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lewis County you do not need to complete the Interest Form to reserve a spot.
