Hello Parents and Guardians,

The Centralia Clubhouse is located inside Jefferson Lincoln Elementary and serves students from all Centralia elementary schools, including Edison, Washington, Oakview, and Fords Prairie. Transportation is available from each school to the Club after school; transportation home is not provided.

Our program offers before and after school care for elementary-aged students throughout the 2025–2026 school year. While we provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment, our programming is centered around our four core pillars:

We are committed to helping every child learn, grow, and succeed through enriching activities, homework support, physical activity, and opportunities to build positive relationships and life skills.

Hours
Club After Jefferson Lincoln will be open after school until 6:30pm.

Monday-Thursday: after school ends until 6:30pm and Fridays until 6pm.

This includes Wednesdays early release days.
We will not be able to start the school year with a before school program.

We are closed the last Friday of the month.

Fees
All youth enrolled in any membership at the Centralia Clubhouse pay a $25 annual registration fee each year.

Additional Fees & Memberships

• After-School K–5 Membership – $75/member/month
  Includes before and after school care, transportation from participating Centralia elementary schools to the Club, conference days, and single-day school closures.
• Full-Week Break Camps – $150/member/week
  Winter Break, Spring Break, and other full-week school closure camps are offered separately and are not included in the monthly membership fee.

Scholarships & Discounts

The Boys & Girls Club offers scholarships to families in need on a sliding scale. During enrollment, families may complete a scholarship application. Scholarships are applied to monthly membership fees and do not affect the annual registration fee.

You may also qualify for your $25 annual registration fee to be covered. If your child is enrolled in one of the following state insurance programs, please provide a copy of their insurance card to the front desk and we may be able to waive the annual registration fee.

Handbook and policy update
We have made significant updates to our handbook with a new Controversial Issues Policy and COVID policy’s on pages 13-14. Please take the time to review the handbook before enrolling in Club. If you do not agree with our policies, please find alternative care for your youth.

Enrollment and registration
Existing members of the summer 2021 program at Club at JLE will be able to re-enroll starting August 11th. The program at Jefferson Lincoln will maintain it’s current capacity through the 2021-2022 school year. If current members do not re-enroll we will work with the staff at Jefferson Lincoln and our wait list to fill any openings. This enrollment period will end August 25st.
